These Cogan Sheet Metal Tennant Storage Lockers are being installed in a new upscale condo project in Sommerville, MA by our dealer, Crowe Fence & Deck Supply, LLC. The lockers are being installed in the building’s parking garage and along with the obvious need for security, privacy was also a main concern.
Strong and versatile, Cogan sheet metal tenant storage lockers are ideal for any situation where private storage is required. Panels and doors are made of heavy-duty 16GA corrugated steel sheets framed in 1 ¼” x 1 ¼” x 12GA structural angle. Roof panels are made of unframed 2” x 4” x 10GA welded wire mesh, securely fastened with zinc-plated clips. The sturdy, opaque construction ensures stored items remain safely concealed from view, while mesh roof panels allow for proper ventilation and light penetration.
Nexel’s riveted grid design secures bicycles in the upright position. Powder coated galvanized, industrial grade steel withstands years of outdoor use. The framing uses 1 5/8″ diameter tubular steel; grids are 3/4″ diameter steel. The Double-Sided rack accommodates b likes in either side. Three anchor styles: Cement for use in fresh concrete or asphalt. Easy to assemble.

This Cogan Mezzanine is being installed in a new vehicle dealership in Boston’s Metro West. The area above and below the mezzanine will be used for parts storage on steel shelving. The column lines fall where they won’t interfere with the flow of material or impact access to the storage area. A Cogan Mezzanine Safety Pivot Gate is included to allow for a safe pallet drop area on the mezzanine.
