Nexel Carton Flow RackNexel Wire’s unique “flow” design uses gravity to slide cartons to front for easy access. Loads from the back to ensure that first inventory in is the first inventory out. Tracks can be set at any width to accommodate varying carton sizes. Box guides are used between each pair of roller tracks. Roller tracks support 50 lbs/ft. Additional roller tracks can be added depending upon carton sizes being stored. Each level includes 4 pairs of roller tracks, with 5 box guide rails and one cross support. Double-depth units are two single units bolted front-to-back offering greater capacity. Racks are 96″ Wide x 84″ High and include 5/8″ thick particle board top storage level that supports up to 1,000 lbs.

Akro Mils Cross Stack Tub Rack (1) Akro-Mils announces two new Akro-Tub rack models hold three or six of the popular Model 34305 (25″ x 16″ x 8.5″) Cross-Stack Akro-Tubs!

 

Constructed of 16-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish, these rack options allow users to maximize their space utilization. The three-tub (RA3JLR) and six-tub (RA6JLR) racks have 300-lb. and 600-lb. weight capacities, respectively.

The unique “C” channel rail design allows tubs to hang; tubs won’t fall down. Optional rubber stops keep tubs from sliding out during transport.

The three-tub unit includes a steel worktop to create additional workspace. Four caster options are available for each model, so users can customize for specific applications!

The Boston Tea PartyThe latest Cogan Condo Locker project will be installed in a basement area of a landmark building in the City of Boston, MA. The plaque shows a bit of the buildings past history. The condo association recently took over a section in the basement and want to use a portion of the new space for Tenant Storage Lockers. A site visit has been done and the final design is being worked out. The space feature several different ceiling heights which need to be incorporated in the design.

Presto Stacker Basics Fixed Straddle Adjustable Straddle Fork OverStackers with base legs are available in 3 configurations from Presto Lifts. Fixed Straddle, Adjustable Straddle and Fork Over.

Fixed Straddle legs come in a predetermined width. When selecting a stacker with fixed straddle legs make sure that the inside dimension of the straddle legs is greater than the width of your largest pallets.

Adjustable Straddle legs can have a wider or narrower inside dimension depending on the needs of the application. The range of adjustability is typically 10″-16″.

Both fixed and adjustable straddle stacker can be used with any type of pallet or skid – including pallets with closed bottoms.

Fork Over stackers have legs that sit directly under the forks. They can only be used with open bottom pallets or skids.
